Our 1 to 1 sessions are design to give you the most practical information possible. You might be interested in clarifying your knowledge on best nutritional practices for your sport, and these 1-1 educational packages are just for you. If you have got a specific goal in mind such as loosing weight, putting on some muscles or to optimise your performance you will benefit from diet analysis. You will be asked to fill in 3 days food and fluid intake diary as you go through the day. Next, it will be carefully analysed and first educational session will follow. During these sessions all your questions will be answered and the information needed will be given with practical application to your individual lifestyle. At the end of the process you will receive a written report with all the information discussed during the sessions.
